We collect data that helps monitor how the site is used – see our cookie policy. Newsletter – if you sign up for the newsletter we receive your email address and this is logged in our subscribers database. If you wish to be removed, please unsubscribe from newsletter emails. Your email is not passed on to anyone else.

Your email address is collected when you sign up for our newsletter emails.

Your email address, name and phone number are collected when you complete a contact form to get in touch with us. 

Basic browsing data is collected when you browse our site and is also subject to you accepting our use of cookies.

How will we use your data?

We will use data supplied through our contact forms to contact you regarding your enquiry.

We will use email addresses supplied to our newsletter database to send out our email newsletters.

We will not pass your data on or sell your data to a third party. The only exception is data that is passed on for our secure storage agents who keep your data safe but do not have access to it for marketing purposes.

We will do all we can to ensure that we are keeping your data private.

Should you engage us to perform work for you, your data may be used to draw up a contract or invoice.

How do we store your data?

Data supplied by filling in a contact form is sent to our email inbox for follow up. Our email inbox is on a secure server provided by a third party.

Email addresses supplied for newsletters are stored with a third party email marketing provider.

What are your data protection rights?

The right to be forgotten (erasure): You may instruct us to delete your data permanently from our system and our third party storage providers. Doing so means that we may be unable to contact you to follow up on your questions or enquiries. If we are not allowed to hold your contact data then we will not be in a position to contact you.

The right to access: You have the right to request that we notify you of the data that we store on you. An administration fee may be charged for this service.

The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we amend any data on yourself that you deem to be incorrect.

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to us processing your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation or directly to you, under certain conditions.
